During my recent visit to Strasbourg, I dined at Sushi and More, and it was a fantastic experience.
The sushi selection was impressive, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of rolls, sashimi, and nigiri. I particularly enjoyed their signature rolls, which had a creative twist while staying true to traditional flavors. The fish was fresh and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the presentation of the dishes was appealing.
The staff was friendly and attentive, offering recommendations and ensuring that our meal was enjoyable from start to finish. Service was quick, and the portions were generous, making it great value for the price.
In addition to sushi, they offer a few non-sushi options like ramen and tempura, which were equally tasty and perfect for those who might prefer something different.
The only downside was that the space is a bit small, so it can get crowded during peak times. Making a reservation or going early is a good idea.
Overall, Sushi and More is an excellent choice for sushi enthusiasts in Strasbourg, offering high-quality food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.- Service

The location is good. The seller is very friendly and they can understand English and French. It is a good option if you want to taste a bit of Asian flavor in the center of Strasbourg. The spring roll is recommended.
